Meeting Campaign Partner Marist 180

At the CSSA National Conference, Hope in Action, we had the opportunity to meet with our fellow End Child Poverty Campaign partner, Marist 180.Daramu | Marist180

Marist 180 is dedicated to creating better futures for young people, particularly First Nations youth, by providing support services that help keep them out of the justice system. Their work focuses on breaking cycles of disadvantage through education, housing, employment pathways, and intensive case management.

Their commitment to addressing the root causes of poverty and inequality aligns closely with the End Child Poverty Campaign’s mission. 1 in 6 children in Australia is growing up in poverty, and without action, many face barriers that limit their potential.

Marist 180 is a shining example of what’s possible when organisations step up to advocate for young people, challenge systemic issues, and create real opportunities for change.
